Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital is seeking a dedicated Hospital Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Lubbock, TX. This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities and requires a broad skill set in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, domestic water systems, and general mechanical maintenance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years working experience in building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Responsabilités
- Completes job assignments in a timely manner.
- Performs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs as needed.
- Performs general building maintenance tasks (doors, ceilings, painting, etc.).
- Completes documentation for work performed.
- Participates as a member of the fire response team.
- Keeps work areas clean and orderly and reports issues to Plant Operations.
