Qualifications

• Licensing in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Healthcare maintenance experience is a plus.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction.
• Must be able to work weekdays/weekends and various shifts.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must tolerate frequent position changes and work on ladders/scaffolds.

Responsibilities

• Test and operate emergency power supply systems (EPSS) and components.
• Install/maintain/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, oxygen, and telephone systems.
• Work independently within assigned timeframes under supervision.
• Maintain a broad skill set including carpentry, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic computer skills.
• Plan, interpret, examine, draw, and record work; report daily progress.
• Perform control maintenance, building construction and repair, and equipment overhaul.
• Maintain knowledge of facility systems and regulatory standards.
