Job summary

Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance/Mechanic to perform daily rounds and preventive maintenance on equipment across the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, generators, and fire protection systems. The role supports 24/7 emergency coverage and on-call reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, preferred technical training, and the ability to work with complex computer-based control systems in a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of technical or trade school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of high and low-pressure steam boilers, including piping, valves, pumps, gas train and back-up fuel systems.
