Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of building maintenance experience required.
• Current and valid Driver's license required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance, repair, and safety procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical and preventive tasks on equipment and facilities.
• Inspect, service, repair, and overhaul plant equipment as directed.
• Monitor operation and adjust refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Install and repair piping, wiring, valves, and pumps; assist with major repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe operation.
