Job summary

You will handle case carts, custodial inventory, and unit replenishments using handheld devices, coordinate with OR and Sterile Processing, and participate in ongoing education to improve processes and efficiency across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Responds to internal requests with friendly, timely service.
• Coordinates case cart requests with OR staff and ensures proper supplies.
• Replenishes bins to PAR levels and maintains clean, organized nursing units.
• Enters data via handheld device and updates stock issues from warehouse.
• Delivers special orders and prints receipts for delivery confirmation.
• Performs receiving and checks shipments for accuracy; logs into system.
• Assists in evening distribution and breaks down pallets to perioperative areas.
• Attends trainings and ED programs as required by the department.
• Demonstrates constructive interactions with staff, supervisors, and managers.
