Job summary

Carespring is seeking a Hospital Liaison/Director of Business Development in Cold Spring, KY, with a hybrid work setup. You will represent the hospital network to referring partners and patients, while building strong relationships across facilities and admissions processes.

The role requires proven sales experience in healthcare, a Bachelor’s degree or nursing license, and successful completion of a Sales Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on facility services to hospital referring partners and potential patients at assigned hospitals.
• Create and maintain a marketing cookbook as the basis for establishing strong referral relationships with sources and Carespring facilities/teams.
• Monitor cookbook effectiveness and coordinate improvements with leadership.
• Work within the sales model while maintaining relationships with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain admission and sales goals as established by Management.
• Oversee the Admissions Liaison functions to ensure department effectiveness.

Description

Represent Carespring through marketing and community involvement with an emphasis on assigned acute care hospital accounts. As well, internally maintaining and managing facility relations associated with admissions and admissions performance indicators i.e occupancy, closing, admission process, etc. Director of Admissions – Hospital Liaison will report to Facility Administrators with additional supervision from the Chief Development Officer and/or Regional Director of Admissions.

PAY RATE:$68,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

FUNCTIONS:

• To provide information on facility services to hospital referring partners and potential patients at assigned hospitals.
• To constantly create and maintain marketing “cookbook” as the basis for establishing strong relationships with these referral sources AND strong relationships with Carespring facilities/teams.
• Monitoring “cookbook” for effectiveness and working with leadership to make changes as needed.
• Working within the “sales model” while maintaining relationships with interdisciplinary team/”medical model” to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain Admission and Sales Goals as established by Management.
• Oversee the functions of the Admissions Liaison to assure proper function of department.
