Job summary

Lincare Holdings in North Las Vegas is seeking a team member to coordinate home equipment deliveries and patient setup. You will stock vehicles with gear, rounds with case managers, and ensure proper paperwork is completed daily.

Role requires strong communication, ability to read and apply coverage criteria, and interaction with patients, physicians, and hospital staff. Familiarity with CMNs and billing documentation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicle daily with necessary equipment, disposables, patient setup paperwork and marketing literature for that day.
• Make rounds to contact all case managers at each facility to notify them of presence and potential discharge equipment needs.
• Communicate with centers about O2 discharges so the SR can complete home setup of equipment.
• Understand and communicate coverage criteria to case managers and patients as applicable.
• Complete setup paperwork daily for all equipment delivered.
• Assist with obtaining CMNs and chart notes for billing as required by centers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stock vehicle daily with necessary equipment, disposables, patient setup paperwork and marketing literature needed for that day
• Make rounds to contact all case managers each day at each facility assigned to them to let them know they are at the facility should case managers identify a patient discharge equipment need
• Communicate with center throughout the day on O2 discharges so that center can schedule SR to complete home set up of equipment
• Understand and communicate coverage criteria to case managers and patients as applicable
• Complete setup paperwork daily for all equipment delivered
• Assist with getting CMNs and chart notes as requested by center daily required for billin

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with patients, physicians, and hospital staff on a daily basis
• Gain knowledge of basic Medicare coverage guidelines and documentation requirements including CMNs, responsible for gathering this information for reimbursement
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Draw and interpret bar graphs
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED),or one to three months related experience and/or training,or equivalent combination of education and experience
