Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Lead Officer in Hartford, CT. You will oversee Security Officers at client sites, provide direction on shifts, and ensure safety and security across the premises.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and adherence to client protocols, with opportunities for CPR/AED/First Aid training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Security or related experience is preferred; CT Guard Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Officers at client sites and shifts.
• Observe and report incidents to ensure safety of property and personnel.
• Preserve order and enforce site regulations for visitors and staff.
• Provide clear guidance and leadership to security staff.
• Help maintain a safe environment for clients and personnel.
