Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Lead Officer in Clinton, CT. The role involves leading Security Officers on assigned shifts to maintain safety and security at client sites. You will observe activities, report incidents, and enforce site regulations while guiding your team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and at least 1 year of security experience. Weekend availability and CT Guard Card are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Security Officers at client sites on assigned shifts.

• Preserve order and enforce site regulations for personnel, visitors and premises.
• Provide guidance to Officers to ensure client security standards.
