Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Lead Officer in Hartford, CT. You will provide lead direction to Security Officers on assigned shifts, observe and report activities, and help maintain safety for client sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license with clean MVR, and weekend availability. Security experience and CT Guard Card are preferred. Weekly pay and competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents to ensure client property and personnel safety.

• Support and guide Security Officers to maintain a secure client site.

Hospital Required Certifications (Training Provided as Needed)

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - CPR
