Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a laboratory field with at least 5 years of laboratory experience and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations at Scripps Mercy Hospital, San Diego.
• Participate in system committees regarding laboratory services and improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and oversee regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate CAP inspections and Joint Commission preparation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary leaders on performance improvement metrics, staffing and budgeting.
