Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science with CAHEA program and CLS certification.
• Two years clinical lab experience with at least one year in a specific department.
• Preferred histocompatibility certifications (Technologist and Specialist).
• Certification after degree is acceptable and may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Laboratory Manager to ensure timely, accurate test results in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Oversees technical activities and administrative tasks within the Clinical Laboratories.
• Applies advanced scientific principles in the specialty area and collaborates to organize work and set priorities.
• Supports staff and coordinates with physicians and colleagues as needed.
