UPMC Northwest Hospital in Seneca, PA is seeking two casual team members to join our Dietary/Cafeteria department. Shifts run 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m., with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. This role focuses on sanitation, food service support, and ensuring restaurant-style cleanliness in production, service, dining, and storage areas. Responsabilidades

• Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment.
• Collects and removes trash from all areas following procedures.
• Cleans and maintains floors and walls in dining areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes and related service ware.
• Adheres to SDS information for safe chemical use.
• Assists in light food preparation as directed.
• Assists in serving food and beverages to residents.
• Delivers meals to residents' apartments when requested.
• Cleans large equipment as assigned.
• Monitors and records temperatures per operation guidelines.
• Maintains inspection-readiness and follows HACCP procedures.
• Uses and maintains equipment following safety procedures.
• Complete table settings with water, butter, and crackers prior to each meal.
