Responsibilities

• Delivers meals and snacks according to schedules and serves them attractively.
• Maintains appropriate refrigerator/freezer temperatures and logs.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitizes equipment per policy.
• Maintains proper food temperatures during preparation and service and logs temperatures.
• Prepares/pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets per menu and recipes.
• Serves meals according to diet orders and portion controls; labels and stores food properly.
• Washes dishes and monitors water temperature and sanitizer; handles invoices.
• Rings up correct prices and maintains cash security.
