Responsibilities

• Cleans the cooking areas, utensils and equipment using cleaning chemicals while wearing gloves.
• Practices safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Safely handles dish machines, knives and food prep equipment.
• Washes and sorts flatware, dishes and glasses.
• Light sweeping, mopping, light food prep, and stocking as needed.
• Adheres to schedule and is on time for shifts.
• Works effectively in a team and maintains pace and intensity.
