Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates dishwashing machine, pre-rinse, cart sprayers, sinks, micro-sprayer and catering carts per procedures.
• Ensures continuous availability of clean dishware, utensils and carts.
• Adheres to infection control, safety sanitation and proper food handling techniques.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
