Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Kitchen/Dishwasher to support daily food service operations. The role hours are primarily 11:30am to 8:00pm, with required work every other weekend and holiday. No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities include stocking, sanitation, dishware handling, receiving and storing stock, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen in line with the Network’s standards. High school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• AM stocking in order to be ready for breakfast operation.
• General sanitation: wipe walls, sweep, clean equipment.
• Set up pot-washing area, wash and store pan ware and utensils.
• Receive stock and properly store, check with supervisor for items needed to be pulled.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation, especially dish room and pot washing areas; remove trash.
• Clean up and restock at shift end; assist dish room.
• Sweep, mop, and clean areas as directed during the shift.
• Follow personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform policy at all times.
• Perform duties safely and maintain confidentiality of Network materials.
