Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Dishwasher in the Food Service department for a 6:30am to 2:00pm shift in Easton, PA. The role involves stocking for breakfast, cleaning dish areas, and supporting overall kitchen sanitation.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday work as part of a rotating rotation, with emphasis on safety, hygiene and departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• AM stocking for breakfast preparation.
• Perform general sanitation and clean equipment.
• Set up pot-washing area and store ware.
• Receive stock and store properly after checking with supervisor.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen areas and dish room throughout shift.
• Assist with end-of-shift clean up and restocking.
• Sweep, mop, and clean areas as directed.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and wear uniform as required.
