Qualificações

• Basic reading of recipes and following standardized procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements for portions.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans and sanitizes all work areas for food production.
• Sets up bars and lines and restocks as needed.
• Prepares food items in batch production using standardized recipes and portion control.
• Plans using leftovers with first-in, first-out method.
• Stores leftovers with proper labeling and dating per Health Department rules.
• Communicates with servers to ensure correct portion sizes and prevent run-outs.
