Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients and staff.
• Follow therapeutic diet orders, texture modifications, and BH safety protocols.
• Support menu preparation, food production, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and teamwork across the dietary department.
