The candidate should have proven cooking experience, familiarity with HACCP/DPH guidelines, and the ability to multitask while maintaining safety and quality. 30 hours weekly on first/second shift with occasional weekend work.

Formación

• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform short order or line cooking to meet hot and cold menu requirements.
• Maintain safe food handling, hygienic practices, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure adequate supply levels and timely production according to daily needs.
• Prepare food items following recipes and safety guidelines under supervision.
• Keep temperature, QA, and safety logs up to date.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and workplace cleanliness.
