• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety procedures; reports maintenance or safety issues.
