Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates attractive daily menu items, accommodating diet restrictions, allergies, and ethnic preferences.
• Prepares food from scratch according to recipes, adjusting for volume.
• Develops patient and retail specials to offer appealing options.
• Accommodates patient/customer requests within nutrition guidelines.
• Supports progression of food preparation to meet nutrition plans and catering needs.
• Plans and prepares for the next shift and adjusts volume to census and events.
• Maintains sanitation and completes daily/monthly cleaning tasks to meet high standards.
• Documents daily HACCP checks and ensures safe food storage and prep.
