Intermountain Health seeks a versatile food production associate at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT. This full‑time position performs a variety of cooking and food service duties under general supervision, follows recipes, and helps prepare meals for patients, staff, and guests.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by first day of work (Utah/Idaho).
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Use safe food handling techniques in all applications.
• Understands workflow, prioritizes, meets deadlines.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Understand and prepare food according to modified diets where applicable.

Responsabilités

• This position prepares and cooks food, serves customers, completes other duties as assigned.
• Follows recipes and/or instructions in the preparation of food items.
• May prepare bulk food items or large scale production and catered items.
• Maintains an organized and sanitary working environment.
• Maintains proper quantities with rotation of product.
• Interacts with customers in catering, retail outlets or patient care.
• May deliver patient meals, cashier, stock, and operate ware-washing machines.
