Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Shift is 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, 40 hours in a 2-week pay-period.

Responsibilities

• Ensures dishes, utensils, pots and pans are clean, dry, and stored appropriately.
• Performs general cleaning tasks, including mopping floors.
• Follows HACCP principles in completing tasks.
• Accurately manages position paperwork (dish machine temperatures, 3-compartment sink form, etc.).
• Communicates with internal and external customers to promote collaboration.
• Safely uses cleaning and sanitation procedures and equipment.
