Job summary

Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead hospital antibiotic product initiatives nationwide. You will educate formulary decision-makers, pharmacists, and healthcare providers on clinical advantages and drive formulary adoption and product uptake in institutional IV antibiotic spaces.

Ideal candidates bring infectious disease, microbiology, and hospital formulary experience, with strong ability to communicate complex data to clinicians and procurement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales within hospital settings
• Experience establishing hospital formulary approval through P&T committees
• Ability to navigate hospital systems to gain access to key decision makers

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed territory goals
• Educate formulary decision-makers, pharmacists, and clinicians on product benefits
• Develop and execute territory business plans and target key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and present value propositions aligned to customer needs
• Maintain CRM activity and report account-level details
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
