Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Stock Clerk to inventory, stock, and deliver requisitioned supplies across hospital floors, while helping manage hospital expenses.

The role requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs with assistance, basic computer skills, and a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience is welcome. Onsite position with rotating shifts for coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Restocks par locations with products ordered the same day.
• Scans each par location on a daily basis and transmits orders no later than 11:00 a.m. each day.
• Charges out any items taken directly from the Stat Room to the requesting department.
• All phone requests are processed and delivered within 45 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
• Assists in re-stocking Stat Room supplies as these items are received.
• Participates in the annual inventory as well as random cycle counts.
