Job summary

Foundation Health Partners is seeking an Inventory Associate to support the supply chain across the Fairbanks hospital system. You will track stock, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure product availability and minimize disruptions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with a computer-based inventory system.

Qualifications

• Takes a daily inventory of assigned storage areas and restocks to par levels.
• Monitors usage and prepares utilization reports for management.
• Assists with procurement of special supply needs and equipment as required.
• Reads, writes and performs basic math with accuracy; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly storage areas in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide data entry and keyboarding support for inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and supply staff to prevent stockouts and reduce waste.
• Offer excellent customer service to internal hospital customers.
