Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in stores (retail) and inventory work.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and shipping methods (Amazon Purchasing).
• May require current Driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Fills out purchase orders and requisitions up to authorized limit; tracks missing shipments with vendors.
• Receives, inspects, and stores items; maintains clean, organized storerooms; rotates stock and discards outdated items.
• Marks equipment for inventory tracking; verifies location of items against records; researches missing items by phone or search.
• Maintains monthly inventory and procurement of supplies; handles PAR levels and EVS closet stock.
• Creates and maintains signs for the EVS Department; manages temporary storage and warehousing for EVS.
