Regional One Health in Memphis seeks a Materials Management Administrator to oversee par inventory locations throughout the hospital in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements. Duties include accurate par-level counting, stock-out resolution, daily cycle counts, trend analysis, and liaison with staff and vendors to maintain supply integrity.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare distribution or receiving.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately count par supply locations per established par level/min-max quantities.
• Identify stock outs, backorders and shortages and resolve quickly.
• Cycle count inventory locations daily to minimize stock outs.
• Analyze inventory trends and suggest par level changes during spikes.
• Clean automated supply cabinets and maintain par level locations.
• Maintain documentation, logs and records for inventory control.
• Liaise with hospital staff and distribution vendor regarding product changes/backorders.
• Use MMIS to input special purchase orders and retrieve item information.
• Answer phones and respond to pages courteously per standards.
• Assist with product conversions and recalls including pulling affected lots.
• Provide stock transfer and patient charge information to Distribution Inventory Specialists daily.
