This role ensures accurate inventory counts, processes shipments, and uses handheld scanners and inventory software to keep operations efficient.

The Stores Clerk works early mornings with rotating weekend and holiday on-call, collaborating with departments, vendors, and drivers to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New York State driver's license.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management or related fields.
• Ability to use inventory software and handheld scanners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work early mornings and rotate weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, document, and store inventory and non-inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and par levels using systems and scanners.
• Deliver supplies to hospital departments and offsite locations.
• Process shipments and handle mailroom duties.
• Operate pallet jacks, tow motors, hand carts, and related equipment.
• Drive a vehicle for offsite deliveries and prioritize requests.
