Job summary

Duke Health's Supply Chain team is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate for weekends (Sat-Sun, 6am–6:30pm) at Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC. The role supports inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution of supplies, linen, and related items to clinical areas.

Responsibilities include using SAP and Pyxis for tracking, performing cycle counts, and delivering items across departments while maintaining accuracy and strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related service environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-service oriented settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and linen for end users.
• Use SAP and Pyxis to document movement of supplies.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect shipments, process receipts, and file packing slips.
• Provide excellent customer service and support patient care operations.
