The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage day-to-day operations within the Procedural space (EP, Cardiac Cath Lab, Endoscopy). You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate returns to vendors while maintaining accurate inventory records.

This onsite role requires 3–5 years in inventory control or supply chain management and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. An Associate's Degree in Business is preferred.

  • Maintain the inventory areas by organizing and ensuring efficient material handling and storage.

Job Summary

Responsible for controlling the day-to-day operations of the Inventory Control functions within the Procedural space (EP, Cardiac Cath Lab, Endoscopy), which include performing cycle counts of the warehouse inventory, conducting investigations of suspected out-of-balance items, and making corrections to the inventory based upon that research, coordinating all special processing of inventory, including return to vendor shipments, and performing other related tasks. Essential Functions
