Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions invites a licensed Pharmacist to join our night shift team in Tucson, AZ. You will dispense inpatient medications, verify orders, review MARs, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient pharmacotherapy. On-site role emphasizing accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor drug interactions and adverse events, maintain records, and support continuous professional development while contributing to unit targets and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy with active Pharmacist license.
• Night shift eligible for inpatient dispensing.
• Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations for acute care patients.
• Review MARs and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor drug interactions and adverse event reporting.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance; audit readiness.
• Document clinical interventions with accurate, timely records.
• Meet unit targets using performance metrics.

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy with active Pharmacist license, night shift eligible.
• Intravenous and inpatient medication dispensing accuracy during night shifts.
• Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations for acute care patients.
• Review MARs, resolve discrepancies for inpatient units promptly.
• Monitor drug interactions, safety, and adverse event reporting system.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance; uphold audit readiness.
• Document clinical interventions with accurate, timely records.
• Meet unit-specific targets using performance metrics and pipelines.
• Participate in daily/nightly rounds with physicians and nursing staff.
• Pursue continuous professional development and relevant certifications.
• Manage night-shift inventory, restock, and coordinate with suppliers.
