Job summary

The Division HVAC Technician at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge performs preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial HVAC systems across multiple hospital settings under supervision. You will service central AHUs, read blueprints, and maintain accurate records using the CMMS, while ensuring safety standards and efficient operation across facilities in the division.

This role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, and a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent Required
• 1 year of experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment Required

Responsibilities

• Maintain chilled water and centralized air handling units through regularly scheduled preventative maintenance activities
• Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance activities, sensor calibrations, and UV bulb replacements
• Belt alignments and replacement, drain pan treatments, damper calibration and repairs, cleaning interior of AHU
• Perform electrical safety inspections
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, specification and operations manuals
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local safety guidelines including lock-out/tag-out, OSHA, confined space, PPE
• Completes and documents all work, equipment conditions and labor time using HCA Healthcare Engineering Central Computerized Maintenance Management System
