Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems and related equipment across our facilities. You will ensure safe operation of complex systems, including BAS controls, chillers, air handlers, and associated pumps and boilers.

The role requires hands-on HVAC experience, 3 years in maintenance, and EPA Universal Certification. A GED or high school diploma is required and state license compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience with HVAC systems.
• Experience with BAS controls for commercial/healthcare HVAC is preferred or BAS program graduate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC and related equipment to ensure safe operation of complex systems.
• Support BAS controls, chiller operations, air handlers, pumps, boilers and related equipment.
• Follow EPA refrigerant handling procedures and Piedmont's safety policies.
