Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in electronic technology or mechanical principles highly desirable.
• At least 1 year of basic or mechanical repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors HVAC performance via BMS and makes adjustments.
• Evaluates basic operational and control issues to keep systems within parameters.
• Works with others or alone in troubleshooting and repair of equipment as required.
• Performs preventative maintenance (PM) and calibration of control systems.
• Follows safety and regulatory requirements and completes documentation.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and climb a 6-foot ladder.
