You will perform the full range of journey-level HVAC duties, maintenance, and repairs, including generators, kitchen equipment, and clinical systems, while maintaining professional interactions with patients and staff.

Alternate weekend schedules may be assigned. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, documentation, and adherence to safety and engineering standards to support hospital licensing

Qualifications

• Ability to read project specifications, blueprints and technical manuals.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Knowledge of safety codes and NFPA/ASHRAE standards.

Responsibilities
