Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles is seeking a Licensed Facilities Associate (HVAC) for full-time day shift to help keep hospital HVAC and building control systems reliable.

You will perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, maintain records, and coordinate with outside vendors as needed. A strong background in industrial/commercial maintenance and HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License (DL) and at least 21 years old are required.
• Relevant industrial/commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• High School/GED or equivalent preferred; Associate/Technical degree preferred.
• HLFS (Hospital Fire and Life Safety) certification required.
• Experience with building control digital systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs routine HVAC and building control repairs and services.
• Plans and performs routine general building maintenance repairs and services.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance and safety tests.
• Maintains records of service cycles and maintenance activities.
• Coordinates with outside service for major equipment failures as needed.
