Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at the St. Mary Medical Center campus. Shift: Day Shift; 40 hours per week.

The Maintenance Mechanic will install and maintain HVAC equipment, coordinate with vendors, complete logs and preventive maintenance, and support other trades to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency required.
• 5 years of commercial HVAC experience required.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• CFC license desired; hospital or commercial setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain sinks and toilets in the facility.
• Install equipment used in the operation of HVAC systems.
• Repair machinery and equipment to keep systems running smoothly.
• Complete daily logs and requisitions; perform preventive maintenance forms.
• Assist in snow and ice removal and coordinate safety checks.
