Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and HVAC systems.
• Change air filters and test water treatment chemicals.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and boiler systems and related equipment.
• Respond to maintenance calls and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of equipment service and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
