This full-time, on-site role supports caregivers and leaders while advancing HR strategy at the hospital level. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in HR or related field, at least two years of HR experience, and proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for the hospital on-site.
• Partner with centralized HR services for payroll, benefits, and data management.
• Advise employees and leaders; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
