This on-site, full-time role supports referral intake, admission processing, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth patient transitions. The position offers a pay range of $21.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus monthly bonus incentives up to $300, comprehensive benefits, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Admissions or Pre-Admissions Department.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification preferred.
• Experience working with Excel and databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral intake and admission of all patients.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare for admission day.
• Lead the admissions process from referral to patient placement.
• Maintain accurate patient data and documents in HMS/MedHost.
• Communicate admissions details to care teams and patients.
• Provide tours of the hospital and assist with customer service.
