Job summary

Helen M. Simpson Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an on-site Human Resources Coordinator to manage daily HR operations and serve as a primary HR presence in the hospital.

You will partner with centralized HR and support payroll, benefits, recruiting, and employee data while advancing a positive workplace culture. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least two years of HR experience, with strong MS Office and HR software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related software.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration support.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including onboarding and workforce planning support.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
