Job summary

Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital in Lacombe, LA is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role Monday–Friday. You will be the hospital's primary HR presence, coordinating operations and partnering with HR Shared Services for payroll, benefits, and recruitment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Your impact will shape staff engagement and hospital operations within a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Two+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and computer HR applications required.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level.
• Partner with HR Shared Services for payroll, benefits, talent acquisition and HR data.
• Serve as trusted advisor for employees and leaders; ensure data integrity.
