Job summary

HCA HealthONE Rose is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead Environmental Services across hospital areas, ensuring high-quality sanitation and adherence to regulations. You will supervise daily operations and drive improvements to support a safe, clean patient environment.

The role requires 3 years in hospitality or housekeeping and at least 1 year in a supervisory post, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in hospitality or housekeeping required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates existing systems and processes, initiates change and improvements, and makes suggestions to Manager.
• Leads and supervises the daily operations of the Environmental Services Department assigned areas.
• Assumes responsibility for promoting consistent, positive patient interactions to meet HCAHPS goals.
• Supervises the environmental services operations to ensure an aseptic, clean environment.
• Responsible for staff performance and departmental responsibilities in line with policies and procedures.
