THOM Thomas Hospitals in South Charleston, WV, is seeking an Environmental Services team member to maintain clean, orderly patient areas and public spaces. You will follow established procedures to clean rooms, remove trash, restock supplies, and assist with bed making as needed.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work with a diverse hospital staff to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for patients and visitors.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written work assignments.
• Able to perform cleaning tasks and use basic equipment safely.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects and ensures areas are cleaned and in good repair; report problems to supervisor.
• Cleans patient rooms, exam rooms, public areas, toilets, offices and equipment per procedures.
• Removes trash from all assigned areas.
• Replenishes paper towels, toilet paper and soap in all locations.
• Makes beds in patient discharge rooms and on-call rooms as assigned.
• Maintains equipment by keeping it clean and reporting issues.
• Follows safety and sanitation regulations.
