Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment.
• Must meet the Department of Labor’s Heavy Duty Standard.
• Must be able to wear PPE for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and ensures assigned areas are cleaned and in good repair; report problems.
• Cleans all assigned areas following established procedures.
• Removes trash from all assigned areas.
• Replenishes paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in all locations of assigned areas.
• Makes beds in discharge rooms and on-call rooms as assigned.
• Maintains assigned equipment in clean, working condition; report problems.
• Moves equipment, furniture, boxes, wash walls, spot carpets, etc. as assigned.
• Follows all safety and sanitation regulations.
