Responsabilités

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure standards.
• Provides quality service with attention to detail for guests.
• Documents attendance, late arrivals and call-offs; coordinates staff for shifts.
• Checks equipment and supplies; ensures cleanliness and safety.
• Assigns keys, radios and beepers; maintains security of equipment.
• Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards are met and assists staff as needed.
• Conducts staff training and contributes to a professional team environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
