TouchPoint Support Services, part of Compass Group, is hiring immediately for a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville. The role requires prior leadership or supervisory housekeeping experience, preferably in a medical/sterile environment, and schedule options of 2:00 pm–11:30 pm or 11:00 pm–7:30 am.

You will supervise, train, and inspect housekeeping staff to meet unit standards, ensure proper staffing, resolve guest concerns, and maintain equipment

Qualifications

• Requires prior leadership/supervisory housekeeping experience.
• Prefer medical/sterile environment.
